Weight Loss Tips

Here are six weight loss tips for today:

  2. Eat regular meals and try reducing the size of your portions.
  3. Contact a local slimming club if you think this may help you.
  4. Tell your friends and family that you are trying to lose weight, as they can help motivate you.
  5. Drink less alcohol, as it is high in calories.
  6. Consider using a food diary to keep track of the amount of calories you are eating, and the changes you are making to your diet
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out a plan that balances the calories you eat every day with your activity and exercise. Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
